C4 has no presence in HC, noob tubes are just as rare, and quickscoping is futile. Camping also doesnt tend to lend rewards, so yeah, none of these things are a big deal to me.

It was fine in COD4 because you had a choice of several explosives. Since MW2 you can top up on different amount of explosives, although BO1 made it so C4 and Claymores were not able to be resupplied....
